These Terms govern Slowpoke accounts, prepaid credits, generation requests, and privately delivered video.
Slowpoke is available to adults age 18 or older. Customer accounts use ChatGPT sign-in; returning with the same ChatGPT identity reopens the same Slowpoke account. Keep account access private and provide accurate information. Do not automate access, evade safeguards or limits, interfere with the service, or use another person’s account without permission.
You retain whatever rights you already hold in material you submit. You confirm that you own or have permission to use each prompt, image, likeness, trademark, and other reference. You give Slowpoke the limited permission needed to store, screen, process, render, and privately deliver that material.
Every request must follow the Content Policy and applicable law. Slowpoke may refuse, cancel, or remove requests and accounts that are unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or designed to evade safeguards.
AI-generated video can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular project. You are responsible for reviewing an output and confirming that your intended publication or commercial use is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights.
Generation credits are prepaid units used only for eligible Slowpoke rendering. Prices and the exact credit cost appear before submission. A purchase is complete only after Stripe confirms payment. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except as expressly provided by the Refund Policy.
Purchased credits are delivered after payment confirmation; bank payments can take longer to settle. Render estimates are targets, not guarantees. Jobs may fail or be delayed during capacity limits, maintenance, or provider interruptions. Failed or eligible cancelled jobs return their reserved generation credits.
The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Used generation credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds, reversals, or disputes can remove corresponding credits and place an account on billing hold when its remaining balance is insufficient.
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. OpenAI and its hosting providers operate the hosted application and storage, Stripe processes checkout and payment data, DeepSeek plans Agent Mode prompts, and the private Slowpoke factory renders requested jobs.
Slowpoke may reject unsafe or unlawful requests, suspend accounts, change capacity, or discontinue features. Except where law requires otherwise, the service and AI outputs are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial outcome.
