These Terms govern Slowpoke accounts, prepaid credits, generation requests, and privately delivered video.
Slowpoke is available to adults age 18 or older. Customer accounts use a supported identity provider or verified email sign-in; returning with the same verified identity reopens the same Slowpoke account. Keep account access private and provide accurate information. Do not automate access, evade safeguards or limits, interfere with the service, or use another person’s account without permission.
You retain whatever rights you already hold in material you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use each prompt, image, audio recording, voice, likeness, trademark, and other reference, and that your submission and requested use do not violate law or another person’s rights. You give Slowpoke the limited permission needed to store, screen, process, render, and privately deliver that material.
You may not use Slowpoke to facilitate, conceal, threaten, solicit, instruct, or commit actual unlawful conduct. Prohibited uses include fraud or identity deception; forged evidence, credentials, or government documents; extortion; stalking or targeted harassment; non-consensual intimate imagery; sexual exploitation or any sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor; unlawful extremist recruitment or operational instruction; infringement; and attempts to evade safeguards. Fictional depictions of crime are not automatically prohibited when they are not intended to enable real-world harm. You are responsible for your conduct and for how you use or distribute an output.
Slowpoke uses automated checks to screen prompts, references, and outputs and may reject, stop, or quarantine uncertain material. Slowpoke does not routinely have the owner or a human reviewer monitor customer productions. Automated checks reduce risk but cannot detect every misuse and are not an approval, legal review, or certification. Limited human access may occur at your request, with your consent for support, in response to a security incident or legal process, or when Slowpoke obtains credible information about clear unlawful misuse.
AI-generated video can be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular project. You must review each output and confirm that your publication, commercial use, and distribution are lawful, appropriately disclosed where required, and do not violate another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights. Slowpoke does not direct or control your use of delivered outputs.
You represent and warrant that you will comply with these Terms, the Content Policy, and applicable law; that your account and submissions are authorized; and that you will not knowingly use the service or an output to harm another person, commit a crime, mislead investigators or the public with fabricated evidence, or evade a lawful restriction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Slowpoke and its owner, operators, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your submissions, your use or distribution of outputs, your unlawful conduct, your violation of another person’s rights, or your breach of these Terms. Slowpoke may control the defense of a covered claim, and you may not settle it in a way that admits liability for or imposes an obligation on Slowpoke without written consent.
Generation credits are prepaid units used only for eligible Slowpoke rendering. Prices and the exact credit cost appear before submission. A purchase is complete only after the payment processor confirms payment. Welcome, coupon, and limited launch-match credits are promotional, do not multiply one another, and have no cash value. All credits are non-transferable except as expressly provided by the Refund Policy.
Purchased credits are delivered after payment confirmation; bank payments can take longer to settle. Render estimates are targets, not guarantees. Jobs may fail or be delayed during capacity limits, maintenance, or provider interruptions. Failed or eligible cancelled jobs return their reserved generation credits.
The Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Used generation credits are generally non-refundable. Refunds, reversals, or disputes can remove corresponding credits and place an account on billing hold when its remaining balance is insufficient.
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Slowpoke uses specialized hosting, authentication, payment-processing, and text-planning services to operate the site, secure accounts, process purchases, and prepare Agent Mode prompts. The private Slowpoke factory renders requested jobs. Slowpoke does not sell personal information or customer productions.
Slowpoke may reject or cancel a request, suspend or terminate an account, preserve the minimum information reasonably necessary, and make a report when required by law or when credible information indicates clear unlawful misuse, an imminent threat, or exploitation of a child. Slowpoke may respond to valid legal process. Nothing in these Terms requires routine human monitoring of private productions or promises that every misuse will be detected.
Except where law requires otherwise, Slowpoke and its outputs are provided as available and as is. Slowpoke disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, uniqueness, accuracy, and commercial outcome. Slowpoke may change capacity, reject unsafe or unlawful requests, or discontinue features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slowpoke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Slowpoke’s total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid Slowpoke during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over the Indiana county of Slowpoke’s principal place of business, and each party consents to that forum.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without written consent; Slowpoke may assign them in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment, indemnity, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive. Material changes may require renewed affirmative acceptance.
