This policy explains what Slowpoke collects, why it is needed, where it is processed, and the choices available to customers.
Account and sign-in data
Customer sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. Slowpoke receives the stable account identifier, email address, and display name needed to create or reopen the customer account; Slowpoke does not receive or store the customer’s ChatGPT password. Strictly necessary authentication cookies keep the signed-in session working.
How the data is used
Data is used to authenticate access, prevent duplicate trials, plan and render requested shots, deliver private outputs, display the customer library, enforce safety rules, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
Service providers
OpenAI and its hosting providers operate ChatGPT Sites storage, databases, and service logs. Stripe handles checkout, payment methods, fraud screening, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes; Slowpoke stores purchase identifiers, amounts, status, and resulting credit activity, but not full card or bank credentials. Agent Mode sends the session title and written production brief to DeepSeek so it can formulate requested prompts; reference images are not sent to DeepSeek. The private Slowpoke factory downloads selected references, renders the video, returns the output, and removes temporary working copies.
Sharing and publication
Customer prompts, references, notes, and generations are not placed in a public gallery. Slowpoke does not sell personal information or use customer work for advertising. Data may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Retention and choices
Account and production records are kept while needed to provide the private library, purchases, and requested service. Users may delete completed generations and their stored outputs from the library. Some limited security, transaction, or service logs may remain where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Sensitive information
Do not put medical records, payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in prompts, uploads, notes, or support messages. Payment details are entered only through Stripe’s hosted payment experience when commercial checkout is enabled.
Requests and changes
For account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions, use the Support page. Slowpoke may update this policy as the service changes; the effective date below identifies the current version.
No public production feed.
Slowpoke’s hosted website and rendering factory process private customer material only to operate the requested service. Uploaded references and completed generations remain account-gated unless the customer exports and publishes them elsewhere.
