This policy explains what Slowpoke collects, why it is needed, where it is processed, and the choices available to customers.
Account identifiers, production prompts, optional reference images and audio, generated videos, filenames, generation settings and status, private review notes, credit or trial activity, and acceptance of the current account terms.
Customer sign-in uses a supported identity provider or a verification code sent to the customer’s email. Slowpoke receives the stable account identifier, verified email address, and display name needed to create or reopen the customer account; Slowpoke does not receive or store third-party account passwords or email verification codes. Strictly necessary authentication cookies keep the signed-in session working.
Data is used to authenticate access, prevent duplicate trials, plan and render requested shots, deliver private outputs, display the customer library, apply automated safety rules, diagnose failures, and protect the service. When a finished output is flagged, Slowpoke may send only that job’s written prompt to its private text-review provider to distinguish likely abuse intent from an accidental generated-output rejection.
Slowpoke’s owner and human reviewers do not routinely view customer prompts, references, settings, or outputs. Automated systems process this material to render requested work and apply safety checks. Limited human access may occur only at the customer’s request, with consent for support, during a security incident, in response to valid legal process, or when credible information indicates clear unlawful misuse. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Slowpoke uses specialized hosting, authentication, payment-processing, and text-planning services. The authentication service handles identity connections and verification emails. The payment processor handles checkout, payment methods, fraud screening, receipts, refunds, and disputes; Slowpoke stores purchase identifiers, amounts, status, and resulting credit activity, but not full card or bank credentials. Agent Mode sends only the session title and written production brief to the text-planning service so it can formulate the requested prompts. If a generated output is flagged, only its written prompt—not the rejected video, reference files, email address, or account identity—is sent for automated abuse-intent review. Image and audio reference files are not sent to that service. The private Slowpoke factory downloads selected references, renders the video, returns approved output, and removes temporary working copies.
Customer prompts, references, notes, and generations are not placed in a public gallery. Slowpoke does not sell personal information or use customer work for advertising. The minimum information reasonably necessary may be preserved or disclosed when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when credible information indicates an imminent threat, exploitation of a child, or other clear unlawful misuse.
Account and production records are kept while needed to provide the private library, purchases, and requested service. Users may delete completed generations and their stored outputs from the library. Some limited security, transaction, or service logs may remain where reasonably necessary or required by law.
Do not put medical records, payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information in prompts, uploads, notes, or support messages. Payment details are entered only through the secure hosted payment experience when commercial checkout is enabled.

Slowpoke’s hosted website and rendering factory process private customer material only to operate the requested service. Uploaded references and completed generations remain account-gated unless the customer exports and publishes them elsewhere.
