Slowpoke is a private production service, not a public content feed. Fictional storytelling remains available; sexual content and using the service to facilitate actual crime do not.
No real-world criminal misuse
Do not use Slowpoke to facilitate, conceal, threaten, solicit, instruct, or commit actual unlawful conduct. This includes fraud or impersonation intended to deceive, forged evidence or credentials, extortion, stalking or targeted harassment, child exploitation, unlawful extremist recruitment or operational instruction, infringement, or evasion of safeguards.
Fiction remains available
A fictional story may depict crime, conflict, weapons, or wrongdoing. The line is real-world purpose: content intended to enable, conceal, celebrate as recruitment, or materially assist actual harm is prohibited. Slowpoke may stop a request when its purpose is unclear and the risk is substantial.
Private automated checks
Every manual prompt, Agent Mode request, and agent-produced factory prompt is checked on the server. Automated local classifiers check every reference image before rendering and sampled frames from every finished video before delivery. An unavailable or uncertain scan stops the job rather than allowing it through. These checks are not a guarantee that every misuse will be detected.
No routine human review
Customer prompts, references, and outputs are not routinely viewed by Slowpoke’s owner or human reviewers. Limited access may occur at the customer’s request, with consent for support, during a security incident, in response to valid legal process, or when credible information indicates clear unlawful misuse. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Enforcement and reports
Slowpoke may reject a request, return its reserved credit, suspend an account, preserve minimum necessary evidence, and report clear unlawful misuse when required or permitted by law. Automated moderation does not transfer responsibility for customer conduct to Slowpoke or certify that an output is lawful.
No automatic publication
Customer prompts, references, and outputs are not posted to a gallery. Automated moderation does not grant Slowpoke permission to republish private production material.
False positives get a measured retry path.
When a generated output is flagged, only its written prompt receives automated intent review. A harmless prompt can receive as many as three fresh-seed replacement renders; repeated rejection stops the session safely. Clear deliberate abuse may stop the session immediately and create an internal account strike. Rejected output media is never published or placed in the owner report.
