Failed jobs automatically return their reserved credits. Use the Retry control after reviewing the failure message; do not buy replacement credits for an ordinary failed render.

something needs attention.
For render failures, account access, refunds, duplicate charges, or privacy requests, send a private message without exposing anyone’s personal contact information.
Payment pending
Card purchases normally confirm promptly. Bank payments may remain pending until the payment processor confirms settlement; credits are not released while funds are unconfirmed.
Privacy or account request
Identify the account by its sign-in email. Never send passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, government IDs, or authentication codes through support.
