Failed or cancelled renders
If Slowpoke does not deliver a video because its render fails or an unclaimed job is cancelled, the credits reserved for that generation return automatically. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.

This policy separates automatic render-credit returns from refunds of the original payment.
Unused purchased credits
You may request a refund of wholly unused purchased credits within seven calendar days of purchase. Pack bonuses are removed proportionally. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable merely because an artistic result was not preferred.
Partial use
When some credits from a purchase were used, any approved refund is limited to the unused paid portion attributable to that purchase. Slowpoke may decline a refund that would leave the account with a negative credit balance.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report a duplicate or unrecognized payment promptly so it can be investigated. The account may be placed on billing hold while a refund or payment dispute is reviewed.
Processing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Stripe and the customer’s financial institution determine when returned funds become available.
